Chef Jack Tracy created Hyssop in order to gather all of their food endeavors under one roof. It brings together their long-time personal chef and catering work with their love for dinner parties and food experiences. Hyssop is fueled by their belief in the important connections between food, community, and quality of life. 

Jack is a graduate of The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts (now the Institute for Culinary Education). They specialize in health supportive cooking, with a rustic, farm-to-table approach. Their vision is to make seasonal / sustainable eating and cooking a joy that is accessible to as many people as possible.

Hyssop is a creative / collaborative place that celebrates the richness of diversity and community. It is a place where β€œthe whole is [exponentially] greater than the sum of its parts.”
